I don't think many of us are going to be sad about seeing the end of this year. Whether you are just a homeowner or a part of the real estate industry, 2007 has not been kind. 2008 may prove to be another tough year, but at least we all get a fresh start. Personally, I think it will be better as many of the ills in the housing industry will begin to work themselves out. Arizona has a stong economy and the most motivated population in the country.

We hope that all of you will take advantage of the holidays next week to rest, share some time with loved ones, and generally kick back and relax.
